Why a web app instead of a download
Installing the site as a web app avoids the two biggest problems with casino apps: store restrictions that keep real-money gambling apps out of many regions, and the constant cycle of updates. Because everything runs from the site, you always have the current build the moment it ships, and nothing sits on your phone consuming space or leaking obvious traces of what you play.

How it performs
Slots load in a couple of seconds on a normal 4G connection and run at full frame rate on any handset from the last five or six years. Live tables need a steadier connection — video will drop resolution before it drops the stream, so a weak signal costs you picture quality rather than your seat. Portrait suits slots, landscape suits live tables, and the lobby remembers where you were when you rotate.
If something does not work
Clear the browser cache and reload; that fixes the great majority of loading problems. Check that your browser is up to date and that content blockers are not filtering the game frames. If a live table will not open, switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi. Anything that survives all of that is worth a message to live chat, which is available in the web app exactly as it is on desktop.
